I’m facing an issue with the TCS iBegin portal. I'm unable to apply for any job openings. I had received an offer letter from TCS in 2022 but did not join at that time.

Now, when I try to apply for a job, I get the following error:
"Job cannot be applied as the profile is considered for the opening."

i have an offer of X amount from jp morgan and x+ 3.5L from Mphasis, my joining is within a week, I asked counter offer from HR, she said we will look if there is any backup candidate to fill that position then we will not do counter and it will impact my DOJ also since offer approval process takes around 2 weeks. should i wait or should i join on my current doj. and also if i will wait will they give me another doj on my current compenstion or they will revoke the offer past doj?
