My parents are thinking of gifting him a watch, and I’m suggesting an automatic Cartier Santos with a blue dial. It feels classic yet different from what he already has. His parents are gifting me a Cartier bracelet.

Any better watch to consider? Thinking to keep to 10-15k budget

Currently interviewing at JPMorgan in their CIB division for a associate operations role. Have met with 5 people for two different teams and another person for another team, all of which I believe are 3 total open positions for 3 different teams. Any insight on the interview process or how long it takes or any sort of idea to give me on what I could look for that might help me believe I might get an offer? Going through a closeout. 50-50 profit share allocation, but my business partner has been using the venture money at their personal piggy bank (hence the breakup). My accountants say because we agreed to 50-50 shares, the leftover money has to be divided equally.

They spent $100k in the last month on random "work stuff" but bought a new car, etc. Now I have to pay for it with less equity return!

Just wanted to rant, I'll probably never go into a partnership again.

Interviewing for a Director role soon. Wondering how the questions will be? The last time I interviewed was for a Specialist position and the questions were the typical “tell me about a time when xyz happened and how did you handle it?” But maybe these questions are to elementary for Director level? So anyone know what I can expect so I can best prepare?
