Hello need suggestions. I am currently in maternity leave. My organization has all 5 days work from office mandate. I cant go to office as my organization isnt in same location of my husband org. I dont have mom and nobodh else behind to watch for baby in my absence. Hence i am planning to resign from my current organization. notice period is 90 days. Can i trade my remaining 2 months maternity leave with notice period and just work 1 month? Will hr accept?I am confused.

Can we still negotiate with company A Or B to get top up from X+3 to make a clear decision to choose over one other.
