I have 12 YOE with SRE as primary skillset and hold these offers; which would be best to choose.

Note : both companies are offering same package

1. Wells Fargo --- VP (ind. contributor) --- SRE (focussed on DC Migration, observability and app perf tuning)

2. T-Mobile --- Principal Engineer --- SRE (focussed on incident management, observability, automation, AI/ML implementation & infra provisioning/maintenance)

If you are on notice period and not doing work properly or on time then what can be the consequence ?
They cant put me on performance defaulters as I voluntarily resigned and also got good feedback from client.
The reason I resigned was the sh^^head manager and project.
He said I would be released from project soon and then on bench but after resigning he is saying you have to serve the NP n we cant release early.
This is only option left to get released from this sh^t place

Given number of interviews but no one are ready to give more than this even if I reach last rounds.
I am confused right now like should give some more interviews or join the unisys?

I’m having offer from EPAM Anywhere of 19.4 lpa for 5 yrs React exp. But concerned about policies of EPAM anywhere. So I did not resign yet. Also cognizant and HCL delaying offer discussions due to 3 month notice period. Any suggestions how should I tackle the situation to get the offer?

I have an offer from cognizant for 17.3 lpa fixed for 7 years of experience in sql Dba and I am expecting another offer from KPMG for 16.8 lpa fixed for same role do confirm and let me know which is overall better company with respect to wfb, Annual hike, etc etc.
Also cognizant was my ex company from which I started my career

I am underpaid almost 30% in cyber security field how can I explain manager to increase my salary actually for some reason I don't want to Switch for next some months and I got to know from one trusted person in company our manager have forwarded our 4-5 employee name for appraisal due to many employee leaving company so should I take counter offer and show them before appraisal mail come or after appraisal mail ??
