I recently joined nagarro.... was on bench for almost a month as I was not getting project as per my skill set. Recently got one project as per my skillset and cleared client interview also.
But during the time, I was also looking outside for good opportunity, I have one with same package from a product based organization.
What should I do now ? If I resign , would Nagarro release me early or I will have to serve complete notice period?

Capitalone Does anyone have experience going through the Capital One interview process and getting positive feedback, but then being told they would like to place you on another team? The role was filled internally and I’m just wondering how long it usually takes when getting placed elsewhere within the company. Thanks! Capital One

Yaa true.. With 3 month notice period we suffer this kind of situation but the market is up now.
Even I had 3 month notice period.. I took 1offer n put down paper n started giving interviews.. Few companies didnt realise offer letter but at end of notice period all companies like CTS.. Wipro.. Tcs.. Jus realised offer letter.. But I m in no mood to join them.
So I would suggest to accept one offer n put down paper n prepare well n give interviews to good companies n I hope you ll clear more companies n get not jus good but best offer..
They are giving less

Tip : Once you put down paper you can tell them you are serving notice period.. N would get early release if you get offer letter but it ll be based on discussion wit current company.
