I have completed all technical rounds for the automation engineer position Kaiser Perman,Pune
I received confirmation call from HR that clearance of interview and now they want all my documents to proceed further.
I'm wondering without any salary discussion call how they can ask this all documents.
I'm quite confussed here. Is it safe to provide documents such salary slip which as all present employer data. Been to HR they said this is how they work.
Anyone here to help / support.

Considering a Product Owner role. Any best practices of what questions to ask during an interview? First phase deals with a virtual Teams interview with the recruiter and her manager on Tuesday. Excited since this is a hop from a Product Analyst role and entails an offer of over $30,000 from what I'm getting now! This would be a permanent full-time compared to my current contractor role that ends in March.

How long does IBM HR take to get back after interview?

I have 3 years of Experience working as a fullstack developer using .NET Core, Angular, React, and Postgres.

I have also done certifications in Machine learning using Python and Tensorflow, but I am unable to land an interview with Microsoft, even if my profile matches the job description.

I am contracted employee in a company . I am assigned POC work .No design or document, just my manager sent a video of youtube saying that we have create similar feature . Since there is no proper documentation still manager is forcing to complete it by next week end. There are many hit and trials I am trying and giving him daily report of what I have tried and what worked and not worked. Still giving pressure.
