I have completed all technical rounds for the automation engineer position Kaiser Perman,Pune
I received confirmation call from HR that clearance of interview and now they want all my documents to proceed further.
I'm wondering without any salary discussion call how they can ask this all documents.
I'm quite confussed here. Is it safe to provide documents such salary slip which as all present employer data. Been to HR they said this is how they work.
Anyone here to help / support.

Can someone explain me what's going on with Accenture recruitment? My joining date was 29th of this month. HR called me day before yesterday and preponed it to 26th, later today she called and saying that due to high volume of candidates, the Onboarding is freezed and so my candidature is pushed to September 5th. Why is Accenture Talent Team lethargic?
1 - applied for a job and got an interview with a totally different JD
2 - called up scheduling team and was told that interview would be rescheduled
3 - no emails from anyone. called scheduling team and got word that candidature will not be affected. again no email
4 - dropped multiple emails to POC and Talent team - no response
5 - status stuck in portal as “review” and unable to apply for any other Job ID

How long does it take for PwC to send out rejection email? I interviewed with the team like a month ago, the recruiter called me the next day and told me that congrats, everyone likes me and told that they were working on my official offer. 3 weeks later, nothing. I followed up 3 times already and got the answer that I should expect to hear by the end of the week. My last follow up email, no response lol. Should I just move on now?
