They both have ruined my mental well-being. I am 5+ ur experienced HR with stakeholders management skills, looking for a job change and seeking a support. One of my direct reports has asked about going part time. They currently manage special reports in a bi-weekly publication, working closely with sales, freelance writers, and an internal designer. Job duties are primarily project management and editing/proofreading. As the first read on articles, they need to have an understanding of the material (business/regulation). Has anyone had experience with job sharing in this type of a role?

Not necessarily “wellness & beauty” but in need of recommendations. I always clean my apartment, but I can’t keep my kitchen/living room from smelling like trash. I am convinced that it is my kitchen trash disposal and I’ve tried so many things to make it smell good (garbage disposal deodorizer, vinegar mixture, etc.). Any recommendations on how to keep my place smelling fresh? I am tired of using bath & body works products and candles.
