You will need a Trusted Nanny/day care or a trusted relative/spouse if you are working full time.Otherwise it will be very tiring for you .
These days its very hard to find trusted nanny, in laws are least bothered by your situation and you are on your own in this journey with your husband
I would say, u r already excelling in ur job and that is like more than enough for a mother of 2 year old. Yes men do have the privilege of being able to learn new things as well along with the job, but that's the unfortunate thing of being a lady. No matter how much we try, pregnancy and motherhood does slow down our career and we need to accept it for the initial years, probably till the baby is 5 years old
What is your husband doing?
Kya principal company work from home deti hai
Its designation not company name
One needs to have a support system then only you will be able to take out time for yourselves. “It takes a village to raise a child “ You need to talk to your spouse and build a system that can work for both of you !
Take help from in laws, gift saree to your mil at first 🙃
Society has always been male-dominated, and it’s hard to change. When only a small number of women fight against it, it usually doesn’t make much difference.
Like you said you are excelling in your job, i feel its enough for now. Focus on your work and spend time with your kid. Its ok if learning seems to be on hold for now.. I am a mother of 3 years old and he has been going to day care since he was 2. He has learnt so much from there and is so sensible at his age, Moreover I can be with him completely after my office hours. I know we do get mom's guilt but kids these days knows we are working hard for them. They need undivided attention from you even if that is 1-2 hours daily. Coming to house chores, hire help that is the privelege we have in India. Dont strain yourself with all your responsibilities. Take out 1 hour daily for urself, exercise and stay happy. Things will be back on track once they are 4-5 years old. Good luck.
Same here.. its very tough , if you are not getting to learn anything new it will be tough to sail the boat with ongoing disruption in field of IT , THOUGHT ABOUT career change?
