What's the review process for firms. I have people getting rejected but I haven't heard anything. Is it interviews, offers, rejections? Or is it review/ interview and rejections then offers.

Anyone know what kind of experience or certifications I should be aiming to get if I'm trying to break into a pentest role? I just graduated last year and have about a year of sysadmin experience and am trying to get into it asap. So, I'm already applying/job hunting and probably won't get much replies but. Been in the strat game for over a decade; I’ve realized that a strong department with clear process that is built on end to end problem solving (with time to think) is when I’m happiest vs this award show / case study grind. My dog is 2, he is well behaved when it’s just me and my roommate. When people come over he jumps up to say hello and likes to grab things of theirs (Ie masks, hats, shoes, etc). Any guidance on how to fix this?

Anyone have a recommendation for stinky dog breath? Clean bill of health, “perfect teeth” according to the vet. Pup gets VetriScience powder for dental health and still - it reeks.
