I got out of my water drinking habit and finding it hard to build back up to 100oz + per day. I don’t like the fact I’ve added in drinks with fake sweeteners to get more fluid intake. What do you all drink to supplement water that is better than some artificially flavored and/or colored beverage? I feel nothing exists and I just need to get back to my water habit. Teaching has taken over so much. I’m a wife and mother and still have a home life, but there is nothing outside of work and home. I have no friends, no other activities, no escape. Covid restrictions do not help. I know it’s not healthy to only focus on everyone else, but I’m not sure what to do about it. I have only sporadic time opportunities and I don’t even know what I enjoy doing anymore. When trying to do other stuff I can’t turn off mom or teacher brain.

I’m in the middle of moving by myself. I’m job hunting, because I lost my last one. My relationship has basically imploded. I sleep a lot on a fucked up schedule because I’m depressed but I can’t afford help, and I only get it when insomnia gives me a break. I’m so done and over all of this. I have so many heavy regrets.
