Hey all! I am a real dummy when it comes to pension and tax allowances etc. so I was hoping someone can help and explain: My earning for the year will be roughly 110k (so am a high earner). I contribute 4% pension which is obviously pre-tax. Am I right to understand that given the contributions are pre-tax - there is nothing I can claim back from HMRC? Or am I still able to claim given the jncome tax is at higher rate? Thanks

Can we still negotiate with company A Or B to get top up from X+3 to make a clear decision to choose over one other.
