Hey all, my career has gotten a bit tricky. I was working as a social media manager ( organic ads, brand building ). Now I want to switch to the paid advertising ( meta/ google ads etc) .I don't have much hands on experience in that but I understand basics. So despite having 2 yoe in SMM, I am targeting entry level paid media roles cz of my lack of exp. Now m over qualified for trainee roles and under for analyst roles. It's irritating me. What to do?
