Hey did anyone recently received ( past two weeks) offer letter from VWITS. What was your waiting time post salary discussion?

For me it's been 8 days salary is discussed and said will get back to you with offer letter in 2 days. It's been 8days now, no reply from HR side. Just reaching out for the concent form whose contain has been updated and asked to sign it 3 again.

Need insights about citi joining process. After 1 and half month recieved offer letter this Monday and I have accepted it on same day along with joining date. But till now they have not initiated BGV process. Will everything take this much time in citi !! How smooth is the joining process in citi?

Scenarios like this leads the candidates to think that it's completely ok to have 2-3 offers in order to be safe.
