Need insights about citi joining process. After 1 and half month recieved offer letter this Monday and I have accepted it on same day along with joining date. But till now they have not initiated BGV process. Will everything take this much time in citi !! How smooth is the joining process in citi?

Thermo Fisher for Data Engineer in AWS and Python and Ameriprise as Lead Developer for Informatica Powercenter. Ameriprise is offering 50k more in my monthly salary than Thermo Fisher. 01 with the hiring managers (Senior Vice President & Vice President) and second was with the Director, the second round happened approx. 2 weeks back, currently my job application status shows as "Business Review" can someone shed a light on what this means and how long does it take for Citi to get back with an answer i.e. am i selected or rejected.
