Interviewed for Lead .NET Developer role on May 10th. HR emailed saying they'll be in touch, but 7 days — no update & calls unanswered. Workday still shows "Interviewing." Currently at Infosys, seriously considering this move.

I currently have two offers in hand with similar package.

One is from FIS Global for position of Business Systems Analyst and other is from PayPal for Underwriting Analyst.

Really confused between the two.

Anyone left FIS Global within very short duration after joining like within 6 month or less than that ?
If yes what was the reason to leave that ? So that could understand cons of FIS.

Or anyone can help about Cons of FIS Global joining ?
