Lately, I've been working eleven-hour stretches without any breaks. I frequently skip both breakfast and lunch. I also experience anxiety while working. I feel guilty about taking sick leave because I know it will mean twice as much work the following day. I often break down during the workday due to the intense pressure, and by evening, I'm already anxious about the same cycle repeating itself the next day.

How to deal with this? Can someone guide me on this?

I was put in to SAP when I joined my firm. I got SAP FI certified (associate), but have not done any configuring or implementation work at all (gov't consulting). I'm functional, and do use SAP (cont)

How is EY’s SAP practice? Overall, so they focus more on new implementations (S/4) or auditing existing ones? How is the overall company focus on growing the SAP practice?

I had interviewed with PwC India for Business Analyst role at Pune location, my both Manager round and Client round went well. However I have still not received any call/ offer from HR. I did call the HR she told me that they have not heard back from the Client.
Any idea how much time does the HR can take if they want to give offer.
My last working day is on this Friday and will have to join other company on Monday if dnt received offer from PwC. Please guide me.

I've a question on what sections to put on a regular resume. I see some people are using consulting style resume for outside companies as well. Do you think it's a good idea to devide work experience by projets? Or is it better to have "projects highlights" separate from work experience.. something like: intro>functional expertise> project highlights>work experience>education?

3 Things to keep in mind which changing jobs:
1. Always ask dedicated budget for the job before you tell your expectations.

2. Always have atleast 2 weeks of gap before you join any company. You might not understand significance of that but just have a gap.

3. Always talk to people of team you will be joining before you accept offer or atleast before you join company.
