EY has no large scale project delivery experience in the current SAP practice climate. A handful of consultants alone know what they are doing. The rest are fluff. Yet, the fluffies get pulled into these projects because of their undercarriage licking expertise and praising the leadership despite repeated failures to build a robust practice. In return, the leadership showers them with high pay, bonus with just one expectation - "Keep licking my behind. Don't call out my failures and I won't call out yours". For those that work hard and deliver, well, either find a job in the industry or hang around because you have bills to pay and you believe in skills and doing the right thing and watch the game of thrones being played year after year. Leadership is well aware of the high performers in the practice. Yet, they choose to ignore them because once the top performers come to high positions, this leadership will cease to exist. The practice has gone to dogs and hounds and unless, this regime is brought down, expect no change. Good Luck coming in and surviving!!!
