How much can I expect in hand per month
I’m job hunting in Los Angeles, looking at a variety of titles (HRBP, Sr. HRBP, Manager, Sr. Manager, Director). I have 8 YOE and my SHRM-SCP. I reached my report limit on payscale.com, so I used a variety of other sites to price the roles (BLS, salary.com, Glassdoor, LinkedIn, Robert Half). Do PEs offer singing bonus or relocation fee?
Is April month salary slip generated in FIS Global ??? Mine is not showing, when it will generate?
I doubt they didn't give me quarterly variable , I joined in mid February and even salary came less than previous month.
Did they deduct tax in April month salary of it is then fine because they didn't tax in March month .
Kindly comments if anyone have idea .

Okay, on-site opportunities seems good, but
If you choose onsite opportunities what will be the package,? Will they provide more then your CCTC? Because I heard that tcs will not increase the package even if you are going onsite on the project they might only give some special allowance!!
if they don't increase package will you be able to manage in Mexico with current CTC?
Also since it is begging of your career what kinda of project is this will it help you in career? Or the new product based company job is good?
Keeping all this aside your current manager, did he send any confirmation mail that he will invoke onside within 1-2 months if you cancel your resignation? Sometimes this can be scam.

You should tell this to your new employer and ask them to increase your offer. I feel Mexico is not good for on site. Go for Canada, US, Europe, Australia etc

Ask for offered ctc breakup for India. Also ask for package in Mexico. Then search purchase power parity in google. It will help you decide if going onsite is worth it or not.

The question is do you really want to go onsite to Mexico. And is the product based company CTC and brand of that high repute?
Looking at ur ctc your exp not more than 2 yrs, onsite for 2 yrs exp is very difficult may be it's just a trap
I've known a few people from TCS who were promised the same when they dropped their papers and they're still waiting for the on-site opportunity.
What will be the CTC if they provide on site at mexico? Need to check that. On site is great opportunity dont miss if you don’t have problem with family factor

I will suggest you to join product based company. In future sooner or later you will go onsite
TCS always give Mexico, one of my friend Also got same offer but he rejected as it's not that much good offer, try for other countries.

And would suggest you to grab the on-site opportunity. You have just started your career. You can switch later on as well for more as well.
