When I negotiated my comp, all my discussions were around me being a junior and I only accepted my comp for that reason (would not have accepted if I was step above junior since it was low). Negotiations happened with HR, but my offer letter and documents never mention junior (but I have proof from HR saying I am a junior). How do I approach this with my boss as I’m not sure she’s aware I’m actually technically a junior? Revolving around asking for a move up + raise

1 year experienced BOA here, expectations were huge before joining ZS and the situation is completely reverse out here other than left and anti joins couldn't see any potential consulting work done by me during this tenure. Now i figured out that I don't like consulting. came here because of money & now I am fucked.Not able to cope up with expectations and learned just Adv. excel and SQL.
Not an introvert but here we require so much of gathering & collaboration.
Your seniors will be telling you to reach out people when you are stuck , but they are so stuffed with work that even for a very small query all day goes by.
