I have definitely felt like this. Before I started freelancing I worked a ton of different jobs and never felt that any of them was something I could consider doing longterm. It's possible you just need to carve out your own niche and turn what you want to do into a job. Identify what you'd like to do or what things make you feel good. Then try to match those things with an already existing career, or start offering your services on your own.
You don’t like recruiting? It seems adhd friendly talking on the phone to candidates.
I’m in a big agency with huge pressure and no real support. They put more emphasis on reaching a kpi so I don’t have time to really talk to people and enjoy that aspect. I just leave lots of messages in the hope that I don’t get fired for not meeting my kpi goal.
I felt this way for a long long long time. I only recently found a job that I love and that I am very good at. It took me 16 years to find something. Hang in there though, I knwo that feeling well. You will find something, you just have to keep searching.
I used to feel this way. I jumped from job to job until I found something I really enjoy. Now I am really happy and think I will be here for a long long time.
