I've recently went to a restaurant and saw a robot waiter, I thought that was the coolest thing. What do you all feel about this shift in the restaurant industry?

It's a great advance in technology but it really means fewer jobs for people and it's a bit worrying.

A robot waiter is great, I would love to have one in my restaurant!

I think it's really cool that restaurants are starting to use robot waiters! It's a great way to cut costs and save time, which can be really helpful for busy restaurants.

It sounds like it's a fun new experience for customers, and it's a great way to show off how technologically advanced your restaurant is. I've never seen this myself but can't wait until robot waiters come to my town! haha

I think that it's a terrible idea. Restaurants should be hiring people to do these jobs, not robots. It's going to lead to a lot of people losing their jobs, and that's not good for anyone.

Going to restaurants and eating should always be personal and intimate. Not robots replacing people.

Hi. Can i ask Axtria to match the offer with 20 percent hike ? I almost have one more offer of around 10 lpa. Axtria offered 8lpa for analyst role. YOE- 1.5+.

Hello fishes,

Please help me decide on the below offers:
I am very confused
- jpmc - 25lpa fixed (hyderabad location) (associate 601)
- bnp - 26.5 lpa fixed ( chennai location) (technical lead)
But both the cases , I need to relocate.
7 years java fullstack
- have service based companies offer in my current location (Wipro, mindtree, cognizant,)
- amdocs in process (current location)

Bnp seems more flexible with wfh option .10days offc and rest wfh.
Jpmc 3days /week work from office

Thinking of switching employers. Do you think bigger retail stores (the ones that have several locations) are easier or harder to work at than little hole-in-the-wall grocery stores (which is all I've ever done)? It seems like the larger chain stores would have more downtime, but I'm wondering if anyone could give some input.
