Does anyone know comp for an L4 Global Account Rep role (base, equity, bonus). I’m asked to give my expected earnings prior to going into my final round. Any advice would help!

Interviewing for Cyber Sec role. At very beginning they ask salary exp. I said usual way to postpone that question, and to figure out their range for role. On final interview and I mentioned 85-95k and they said it’s on the lower end for role…. Did I lowball myself?

They need me at my job, but I’m being way under paid. I’ve asked twice for a pay increase. (With a no a a response) I want to put in my two weeks notice to see if they would consider giving me a pay increase.. but I don’t have a back up plan right now to do so. Any suggestions. It hard for them to find employees and the turn over rate is to the rooftop! I would be hard to replace at a short notice now that they are hiring like four new physicians and providers

Some companies give hike according to certain percentage. Nw from my previous Company's Ctc was very less. So if i am getting an 40% hike based on my previous CTC it's still less then my expected CTC and it ll be difficult for me to survive and relocate in metro cities. Recent cases of PERM approved within 5-6 months? Submitted in early June, hope to get approval by EOY.

Immigration lawyers had sent me a questionnaire to fill out for Manager PERM. They now just came back saying that they need to assess me for a different position. Anyone else experience this? I wonder if this means they’ll now just file a Senior Perm instead? Asked them but they’re not very responsive.

Hi Everyone - I was hoping someone could throw some light on the kind of work trust and safety does. I see a lot of open roles - managers, senior strategists etc. I have a top 20 MBA and about 8 years of big 4 experience in consulting - would this be the right kind of role to get into? Or is it more engineering?

Is there anyone who completed the last SHL test and is waiting for the result or call back from HR. For me it's almost a week now after completing the last SHL test but no reply from HR.

I want to get a certification focused on IT audit both for knowledge, gaining credibility with my stakeholders in the IT audit space, and for when I look for a new role. I don’t have / won’t be able to get sufficient IT audit experience for the CISA designation at this stage. What designations, courses, or other options would you suggest?
