We recently sleep trained our 7 month son. He went from waking up multiple times during night and taking only 30 minute naps 3 times during day (most cases nursed to sleep or rocked to sleep or took a drive) to sleeping 12 hours at night without interruption and two 2 hour naps and one 45 minutes nap during day. Let's say I'm a former analytics specialist who left the field several yrs ago for a top 10 MBA and strategy consulting at big 4. How would I parlay this into finding *non-tech* AI/ML/DS roles like strategy or product?

I don't want to use R/SAS/etc daily again, but many places either want me to be a DS/engineer which doesn't suit my interest, or require more recent technical management experience, which I don't have.

If I have 12 months of sales data for a product and have 36+ months of sales data for other similar products, how would I go about forecasting sales to incorporate the newer products 12 months of historical sales as well as the sales data from the similar products? Any techniques or methods I should read about? TIA!
