Hiring has slowed just like anywhere else but there are still open roles. In terms of layoffs, Visa doesn’t really have them - at least I haven’t heard of it. Culture hasn’t changed, only thing is return to office mandate.
What kind of benefits do they have? I’m In the later rounds of my interviews and dress shopping between different companies if everything pans out favorably
Visa didn’t undergo the insane growth that a lot of other tech companies did so we’re not faced with the same situation with layoffs. We’re still on a growth trajectory, just a little slower than planned. We’ve not had a hiring freeze in years (I’ve consistently hired people onto my team all through Covid to present day) so I wouldn’t be too concerned about that either.
Sure, happy to share what I can.

If they need to cut the cost, they get rid of the contractors - at least that is happening in my team / org within Visa Inc. Also, sometimes they offer contractors to take a permanent role, also happened within my team. I have not seen any permanent team members asked to leave. However, no company / organisation in the world can guarantee that there will never be any layoffs or redundancy.
