I got a offer in Infosys and accepted. Now present company retaining me with same CTC and additionally onsite as well.
Now the question is If i don't join Infosys after accepting offer letter, Do they Keep in Blocklist forever?

Which offer is better?
€100K per year in Netherlands (with 30% ruling) OR
45000 AED / month in Dubai?

For a family with a kid.
Tech stack: SRE/DevOps/ Cloud architect
People staying in Europe and dubai please comment.

My priorities: Long term stay, better education , quality life, location with better security, law n order and less hussels.

Hi Fishes, I've an offer letter for Accenture Strategy (M&A) for Senior Manager, India and my joining is in 3 days. Package is very good, but no immediate relocation opportunities. May happen in future.

Now at the very last moment, I've got an M&A leader role from Wipro. Reporting to a board member. This is a global role and will be based in US. L1 visa to be initiated.

Any suggestions on which is a better offer? And, how best I can negotiate here to get myself a better deal. Gracias!

How do I claim the relocation lumpsump amount? Should I reach out to my global mobility advisor or will it be directly included in my first salary?

Currently an associate at a V30 and negotiating a partnership position at another V30. What is the correct way to maximize the pay in the negotiation as a lateral partner? I just received email to submit documents for Wells Fargo. Before this , haven't had conversation with the HR.

2. Can I keep the current CTC thet he asked as blank and just state my expected CTC in email?

Now I am getting calls from EY GDS for interviews.

I am not sure if u should attend the interview or not at GDS.
When I shared this scenario with my EY IN HR, she said please don't attend it may create conflict and you may also get blacklisted.

EY GDS HR is like, you can attend the interview, there's no problem at all. We don't have such a policy. Please suggest what decision I should make.
