Started talking to this guy through group a group telegram and one day he offered to pay for my lunch as I had helped him out with something. Since then he has been offering to pay for my dinners, salon visits, shopping etc and I have accepted 3-4 times. I am in a steady relationship and my boyfriend doesn’t know about this. The other guy just says he likes paying for my stuff and there’s no agenda. Is this a little weird?

Has anyone taken part of the education reimbursement program? I’ve been here for 4 years and I’m thinking of obtaining my Master’s in Organizational Leadership, but I feel like with this merger, if I started the program and then there are layoffs or too many new hires, or work just becomes overwhelming, I wouldn’t be able to complete my program. I have an asset purchase of a retail store transaction. Seller is keeping the second location. Seller is licensing the name from the buyer. The licensing agreement is supposed to contain provisions so that the seller cannot offer promotions or discounts that the buyer does not also offer (i.e., seller cannot undercut buyer's pricing). I know very little about antitrust. Can anyone give me some suggestions how to enforceably draft this agreement, or is this arrangement impossible?

I am SAP HCM consultant having 4.10 years of experience. I feel that this module doesn’t have any growth. My first switch took me to 9LPA from 6LPA and now the second switch is being offered for 11.5LPA where I can see my fellow friends in SAP having more than 15LPA at the same experience on their second switch itself. Should I be worried about my skillset? Any insights would highly be appreciated. I feel stuck.
