Will there be any career growth if we are into a product specific Business analyst?

I’ve done some soul searching of late and established I’d love to be offered a FTE role in my current company. I think this is partly due to never having had a full time job which I’ve enjoyed and which have valued my contributions. I think this is due to wanting to feel accepted. I know acceptance needs to start with me etc but I think redundancy and workplace gaslighting has meant I’ve never achieved growth and status in one company where I can truly grow. Anyone else has this?

What are your thoughts of getting CIA instead of CPA? Does it look bad/looked down upon?

Hey everyone! I’m struggling to decide whether I should pursue a full time MBA or a Part Time MBA. Truly, what scares me about a full time one is the fact that I won’t work for two years. I know it’s a big investment and I’ll be rewarded for ir later on, but the thought of it still scares me. I would love to get someone’s thoughts on this! Is the experience very different? Will I be exhausted if I do the part time? Is there something I’m not considering when it comes to the Full Time?

Hi, I'm getting lot of interview calls for SAP SD Consultant but they want someone experienced 2 to 3 years of experience, 1 or 2 implementation done, support or rollout etc, Relevant experience of sap is zero I have, for BFSI industry is 3+ years I've, so what would u suggest??I'm not getting any work, 5 months gap already now in doing SAP course, hana certifications etc,any fresher in SAP, how u made it in SAP? Curious to hear how others create a SOW for a video where the concept isn’t created yet. e.g. a startup asks for a proposal/estimate for a 60-second brand video with little input and a vague budget range. We’ll create the concept and produce it. My Co. seems to have challenges with getting the SOW right: either goes very basic or doesn’t scope enough because creative development is baked in but eats up time. How do you do it?

I am SAP HCM consultant having 4.10 years of experience. I feel that this module doesn’t have any growth. My first switch took me to 9LPA from 6LPA and now the second switch is being offered for 11.5LPA where I can see my fellow friends in SAP having more than 15LPA at the same experience on their second switch itself. Should I be worried about my skillset? Any insights would highly be appreciated. I feel stuck.
