BCG final round interview in a week. Any tips on what to expect in a partner level conversation?
- how is it different than the round 1 experience?
- how important is the casing component? I'm doing pretty well, but not perfect. Friends have been eating me 8/10, with the need to improve structure and be more top down in my communication. I'm wondering what I can do to improve that in a week and if that will be a deal breaker on interview day?

I worked in IBM as SAP consultant. Sap practice is Kolkata driven so management favors local candidates.Projects are there but no onsite or hike . Didn't get any hike in 2.5 yrs.
Yes atleast that much
I am in IBM as SAP consultant, 1.1 yrs in IBM and 7 YOE. Work culture is slightly too slow, and my project also kolkata driven with no onsite as such. Learning and Comfortable env. But I feel projects can be more energetic, I feel most of the people here are already 25 yrs in IBM only, so a kind of old generation full.
For SAP I think Deloitte is the best
