I know that people say it’s all about story, but with a certain gpa/gmat score is there a “floor” that you’re safe on? For example would someone with 4.0/780 (not me) be pretty much assured at least 1 M7? Or is there a reasonable chance that all M7s will reject them? Or is their floor just lower (T15 for example)?

I moved to the Netherlands 3 months ago on a spouse visa. Was working with EY-P earlier. I have been applying to jobs and giving interviews but for some reason things are not working out. I get a different reason everytime (after going through the whole process). This has never happened earlier in life and now I don't know what else to do. Whenever I got promoted to digital ACD a few years ago, I noticed my pay was much lower than I expected for the market I’m in, hard to find skillsets, performance, and visibility I’ve brought to the agency. I’ve brought this up a few times and was told HR would do research into salary equity, but the convo always fades. I put my foot down with my GCD, and she supports me, but I would like to come to the table with my own research. Where should I be looking for accuracy?
