After completing 2.2 years with State Street, I left my job just before my promotion, TBH I got the promotion after so many fake promises and waited almost 1 year in SS , but I was frustrated at that time with the management and I decided to quit after one on one with manager and after one on one my expectations did not match and even VP was involved in the conversation. Just wanted to confirm if I applied for another department role which I like to work like Private equity etc..

Who is better for India? I think she will do wonders if she becomes a vice president. What do you think?
