Please don't measure only the CTC factor which you received from company B. Respect, stability rate, and comfort also matters.
1. It totally depends on how bad the team needs you. There is no hard and fast rule about counter offers. It also depends on how niche your tech stack is. If its a hard to find stack, ofcourse they would come back with the counter offer.
2. It depends how good your hand is on the negotiation and how good you are. You have to convince the HR that you need a counter offer in x days or you are gone. Afterall you have another great offer in hand.
I also suggest you compare the other company and UST. The culture, work environment etc.
3. I would personally recommend you to join UST based on my experience. It has been a great journey for me. They provide you training and even cover certification costs if you are interested. Almost all Microsoft certifications are free here. Work life balance is excellent. Pay is also good
