Bonus/stocks: 10% and 25k USD per year respectively
Position: Sr. Lead at Qualcomm
Qual/exp: MS + completing 7 yrs in Feb

I joined Qcom mid 2024, but want to switch because of toxic culture and 0 flexibility. In upcoming appraisal in November, I am expecting a 4/5 rating with at least 10-12% hike, which should take my base to ~45.

Looking at buying a house in Charleston, SC, then I want to get back to buying rental property. I already have two but would like to grow to 10 in the next 5 years. Is that possible and what are some ways to get some capital.

Advice pls - was confirmed that Deloitte would be moving to offer approx 3 weeks ago.
