Could you please tell me the salary range for Infosys principal consultant (6A) for 13 years lateral hire? And also they are promosing to give 20% hike. But I want know from this variable, how much we can expect to receive actually on an average? What is the yearly hike in Infosys (I think they will not give any hike for the first year and will consider me from second year onwards). Wanted to bring out that staff-1's are paid peanuts (3.33L CTC) please don't expect them to slog 12-13 hours. They don't have enough motivation or incentives to work that long. Seniors,AM's and Managers should be more kind and explain the work to them clearly rather than making last minute changes.
