I would first try and clean the area really good, just to make sure it's not tree sap or something other than damage to the clearcoat/paint, if for no other reason thsn to save myself a trip back to the dealer. It's hard to tell what's going on just based on the pic.
If it turns put to be imperfections in the paint, I wouldn't hesitate to have the dealer fix it, and I'd demand a loaner car if they don't freely offer one. It's a new car, and it's reasonable to assume that the entire surface is defect free. I might dismiss light swirl marks, again, again to save me the hassle, as those will disappear the first time you wax the car. Anything beyond that is on the dealer to make right. You not seeing it until now changes nothing in that regard.
That should rub out, if you have the skills try it yourself if not have the dealer if they seem competent. I had similar issues with my $120k+ Audi which also had some even bigger scrapes on the wheels and carbon work. That said they were horrible and my dealer refused to fix some of the stuff that was clearly from the delivery truck. Ultimately AoA had to get involved, and I no longer use that dealer.
