Hi All, how’s the work culture in Blackrock? Excluding the non tech department ?

We have a project that would generate social impact, and our short term goal is to propose it to ASHOKA to help us develop it. Before that we would like to assemble a team that will be part of "the board" with all the resources we are needind and most importantly people that "empathically share our preoccupation for the immigrants". Any kind of feedback or volunteer would be appreciated.

I need your immediate help for Barclays, i am in the middle of the interview process for Barclays Pune/Mumbai, I have heard that they do check Credit Report for all roles as a part of their Pre employment screening (May be stage 1).
Is that correct?
Can someone please check their Background screening report and confirm?
I think they use Hireright as their 3rd part agency but not sure.

Hi everyone. I’m 44f, just completed my first IVF egg retrieval. 3 eggs, only 1 matured. On day 5, I was informed they embryo has only progressed to day 3. I consider myself lucky because work benefits covered most of this. I’m contemplating should I bother trying again or just come to terms that this might not happen for me?
