Hello, I'm looking at a position within Paypal. My question, what is the work life balance, expectation for office (hybrid/remote/other) and is the pay comparable to other companies? Reviewing Director and Senior Director roles on the business side. I have over 15 years experience with multiple degrees. TIA!

Cyberpunk 100%. The world that Night City portrays is not something you see every day and some of the side missions genuinely make you question the depth at which the game explores “what the city does to you and what it has to offer.” This opinion probably has more to do with the fact that cyberpunk genre is not explored as much as it should be and CP2077 not only fulfills that but also exceeds as the Deus Ex successor.
Nothing against Elden Ring— it’s a great, fun game but it’s just pretty much the same fantasy-esq game that gets released almost every quarter. I did enjoy it but nothing worth taking home for or anything remarkable. Just a hack n slash game where you strategize and kill. Pretty much every souls game.
Choose Cyberpunk if you like story and lore
Dying Light and Cyberpunk have mediocre reviews, for good reason. Elden Ring is exceptional if you like the gameplay style.
To play? Elden Ring as I like the knight concept the most. I also feel like I can try new things and discover a lot while playing.
Elden Ring…it’s fun, challenging, smooth and just an all round gorgeous game. It doesn’t spoon feed you or restrict you in the open world. Pick your gameplay and follow whatever path you like
Cyberpunk is a really great story - Elden Ring has fabulous gameplay but a trash fire of a story. All about what you like!
Cyberpunk. The immersive world is breathtaking.
Elden Ring hands down if you are into that style of game particularly. Otherwise Cyberpunk is good now with awesome vibes, Dying Light 2 is a snooze I have repeatedly picked up and put down as soon as something better arrives.
