Yesterday I attended the interview,they are offering 3.5lpa only. And they are told me After 6 months based on the performance ,they give the hike.
Is it good or can I try with more ?
Also pls tell what is monthly take home. Salary for 3.5 lpa

I have been offered an internship for Equity Research role for 2 months. Based on my performance, I'll be on boarded full time. However, they are not letting me know the salary range I can expect once the internship ends. How can I negotiate a salary as per my expectations?

Burned out in current role. 10-plus years post-MBA experience in Corp Fin role unable to move up to Director due to lack of "scope" - limited to no opps. Currently, work 40-50 hours week (minimal to no weekends) and earn ~250 TC. Work day is "intense" - many quick turnaround projects from task to task.

Is it worth shopping around? Can I get promo to Director level at another Tech company, earn more and still maintain same level of hours (limited weekend work)? Less intense days possible?

I applied for a job at Visa and was contacted the same day. A few days later I had a 30-minute screening interview with the hiring manager. I knew I was very early in the process since the job had only been posted for a few days. It's been 3 weeks and I haven't heard back, even after reaching out to the recruiter. Have I been ghosted or is there still hope? Does anyone at Visa have insights? Looks like there are a ton of jobs posted so maybe they are just backed up?

Got an offer for SE III at a large tech company. Product I'd be working on interests me and I think I could grow more than in my current role.

Currently I make 180k base and have ISO/RSUs @ startup (60k/yr worth on paper, but won't be worth anything for a few years, if at all).

The offer is:
Base: $166,500
Target Bonus: 10% ($16,650)
RSU: 120k total (30k/yr)

Thoughts on offer? Should I counter?

Additionally there's a yearly target RSU bonus about equal to the cash bonus. Thoughts? 4.5 YOE

Dilemma: I am 1 of 4 workstream leads on a large digital transformation programme. My background is Enterprise Architecture, and I am leading a team that includes Enterprise, Solution, Integration and Data Archs.

If I wasn't so desperate for the resources, I'd roll off 2 new integration archs that recently joined.

They both openly challenge my decisions (which are made in consultation with the team) with vague arguments, speak to me as if they need to "dumb down for the girl", and (continues)

What’s the best way to turn down a 2nd interview? During the 1st interview, I learned that the compensation for the role is not within the range that I am looking for and requires 400 more billable hours a year than what I bill now. I’d basically be laterally for my current salary just to bill 400 more hours. I also wasn’t aware that the local office was strictly ID. Firm website advertises lots of practice areas. Any advice? Coming up on one full year at an ID firm. Feeling overwhelmed with my experience so far. I’ve received minimal training/feedback unless it was on something I messed up. It feels like the expectations don’t align with my level of experience. I have a case load of 45-55 with very little oversight or involvement from partners. Turnover is extremely high, as I’m the second longest tenured associate in the office. Looking for some guidance on whether this is the norm or not. Compensation is low 80’s.
