Hi all,

I am currently working at Infosys BPM as a Process Specialist (SME) in the healthcare domain with 4.4 years of experience. I recently received an offer from TCS for a BPO2 position, but I noticed that the basic pay offered is lower than what I am currently earning.

Could you please suggest if it’s a good move to accept this offer? I am open to answering any questions for better guidance.

Thank you all in advance for your suggestions!

Folks, very new to the EE process. Most recent draw cutoff was 75 points but there are still folks with higher scores in the pool. Does that mean candidates are picked based on time in the pool? A CRS100 could be picked over a CRS300 if the CRS100 has been in longer?
