I am looking for job change. I asked for release and in free pool now. Problem is I am unable to clear any interview. Sometimes I am able to clear L1, then got rejected in L2 rounds. Sometimes my interview went so well but then no feedback or ghosted.
Whenever I opened linkedin, every other guy is posting, I have joined this company, etc. it feels like I am the only one who is facing rejections. How to get a job offer.? Any advice, suggestions, preparation tips is helpful

I have 7 years experience as a QA engineer in networking domains,to be specific to WiFi/WLAN testing.
I started my career with a 6LPA package,after gaining 2.7 years experience,
Switched to Second company for 9.5LPA .
Switched to a 3rd company (currently working here) which is my dream company for 18.5LPA with a total experience of 5.11 years.
Though I'm happy with my work and company culture, I am not completely satisfied with the current 18.5LPA salary. I always have a feeling I'm underpaid.

YOE : 5.6 yrs
Current package: 5.03lpa( this will get hike letter)
How can I expect from Deloitte because even for freshers they are offering more, so for 5.6 yrs how much can I expect?

Compensation is same. Both the companies are good.

Given the narrowing boundaries between testing and dev, which position is better in the long run? I thought it'd be SDET.
