I have total 5.2 yrs experience into testing, 2.5 years in Automation(Java, Selenium, Cucumber, Karate). I'm planning to move out, current CTC is 9.5. Is it good time to move(heard hiring freeze in many orgs) & how much expect from 9.5 according to current market?

Wondering if anyone can provide rough comp estimates (base + bonus) for corp dev roles at the senior analyst / manager level in a HCOL city). My background is Manager with 6 YoE in B4 across FDD, turnaround / restructuring, and valuation.

What do you guys think the salary range should be for a 5th year lit associate at a boutique shop in NYC? Sophisticated clients, mostly international work, well known in their practice areas. Obviously it’s not going to be market, but still curious as to thoughts on rough ballpark. High 1s, low 2s? +/- ??

How do you feel about splitting everything 50-50 with your partner? I appeared for jio sdet test on hackerearth, I was able to solve most of the questions, 1 out of 2 programs executed correctly with all test cases passing and for another 1 there was 1 case failing.

I have an offer from a service based company with 25% hike from my current ctc. They have offered a API automation project.
