Hi all, I have 4.5 years of experience—3 in Java and 1.5 in Oracle Fusion SCM (via a bridge program). I've been in the same company throughout and am now looking to switch. The fear of falling behind is growing. I’m unsure whether to continue in Oracle Fusion SCM, which is niche but unfamiliar, or return to Java. Does Oracle Fusion have a strong future? What should I prepare if I stick to SCM, or should I go back to Java for better opportunities? Looking for honest advice.
