My PERM is filed in October 2021 and H1B is maxing out in May (18) 2022. What are the options for me now? What are the positive chances? Please suggest if anyone would have any idea.

There are what 750,000 desi h1bs in the US?? If even 10% of us protested and walked down the street, this green card ling wait racism/discrimination issue would be solved and we would all have hope and residency rights.

- My company has agreed to send me to their London office for a year (haven't yet filed application).
- OPT ends in late June, so I can stay till mid-late August (grace period).

Question:
Should I just move to London as soon as I'm able to, or is it worth waiting until the end of my OPT in August in case they do a second round of the H1B lottery?

I believe most members of this group are tense & anxious owing to the uncertainty surrounding H1b. Can we have members post some positive stories here ? Cases of extension/transfer approval( w/wo RFE)

Can I withdraw my L2 tomorrow? Is it okie if I am out of status for nine days? I am worried that the L2 will get approved. If it does get approved, what do I do?

How flexible is Deloitte with the start date because of H1b processing time? I signed the offer mid-may for July 12 because it seemed realistic enough for premium H1b transfer. But the lawyers seem slower than what I was used to and July 12 does not seem likely. Is this going to be a problem?

How do you guys get your perm experience letters signed? My firm requires some specific experience on the letters. How have you navigated it? Specially with EY/Deloitte?
