How to approach re-negotiating the offer after initially accepting the offer? Is it fine to re-negotiate with a counteroffer? If so, when is the best time to approach the company for re-negotiation?

I feel like this is low — what are some comparable TC packages?

I have my annual review coming up and want to hear thoughts on what a reasonable raise expectation is. I report to the COO and currently make $94k + up to 10% annual bonus based on company hitting their revenue goal + I have 3000 stock options. I have 3 YOE in customer success but pivoted to a non technical program manager role at a series c tech startup last September. I have been getting consistently positive feedback at quarterly reviews. What raise should I aim for?

What are your thoughts on pay discrepancies based on family structure? Ex. Two people do the same job but one is paid more or given a larger bonus “because they have kids and you live alone” or “because their family is struggling”. Is that an ethical factor if both employees do the same job at the same pace, quality, etc?

Has anyone done a contract to hire position with JPM? How does it work for time off, is there vacation built in?
