I have accepted an offer from Standard Chartered and got a mail "we can now create your Bank ID/Employee ID and start onboarding you into Standard Chartered". My joining date is on Sepetember and not yet decided to join SC. Is the employee ID creation mandatory before joining? Can I decline the offer after these process are completed before the joining date?

Any recent joiners kindly help.

My team and I have not found a good flow, schedule, or whatever you want to call it. We feel like it teaches too many skills in one lesson, and we are not able to truly teach anything “deep” enough for students to master. Does anyone have any insight? What do you do? Just received a formal offer from Deloitte Consulting as a SC in Strategy & Analytics. Base is $125K, no sign-on bonus. This isn’t much of an increase from what I’m making now.
