It is quite agitated at Christmas, people tend to travel at that time often. Also the tips are usually good.
Around Christmas, it can get pretty busy in the hospitality industry. Usually, there is a lot of travel, and people are looking for places to stay. If you have worked in hospitality for two years, you should be familiar with the typical demand patterns around this time of year.
It really depends on the year. Sometimes it's really busy and other times it's not so bad. I would recommend coming in early to get a good spot in line and to make sure you get the table you want.
It usually gets pretty busy. I recommend that you get as much experience as you can before then, so that you're prepared for the rush.
It can get pretty hectic and with people being more stressed than usual this year, I would imagine customers will be extra Karen-y. Remember that you and your coworkers are in it together.
