I have an upcoming interview with Airbus for the position of Integration Test Engineer with 3+ years of experience. I would really appreciate any insights regarding the interview process—specifically, how many rounds I should expect and the nature of each round.

Additionally, if anyone could share the types of technical or behavioral questions typically asked for this role, it would be extremely helpful in preparing thoroughly.

Currently scheduling “on sites” for a S&O role in CA. My referrer said they can hire as L5 or L6. Would like to land in the L6 bucket as I’ve heard 5 --> 6 is one of the more challenging promotions.

I’m looking for info on what the real difference is in responsibilities (manager vs IC, cross functional vs focused, etc) so I can focus on checking the L6 boxes during my interviews.

I have got two offers
1. Genpact - 27 CTC (24 fixed + 10% variable plus gratuity) Manager level
2. Airbus - 23 CTC + 5 L JB
I really wanted to work with Airbus but they are not budging from the offer of 23 even after I told them I have a better offer from Genpact with better position. HR said they will come back..
