Drink all the water you can (flushes you and keeps you hydrated), get a good vitamin C serum (brightens skin and helps with hyper pigmentation), a good face mask (2x week lift for skin), and a dewy foundation to give the illusion like most of us do đ. Also check if youâre fully/slightly anemic and take some iron pills to help with that. I found out I was anemic while traveling and feeling as you describe, iron has greatly helped.
Take a womenâs daily multivitamin!! Wear sunblock on your face if youâre outside, chug lots of water all the time, drink less coffee and more tea if you need the caffeine. LESS ALCOHOL. Eat clean Prioritize sleep and exercise if/when you can.
@OP, one a day womenâs or nature made, even gummy vitamins! All are ok as long as consistent usage. I always just try to make sure mine has a little extra calcium and iron since I (and many woman) am prone to be a bit lower in those minerals :)
@K1, many Korean brands have cheaper vitamin C serums. Youâll want to store them in cool places (I actually store mine in the fridge). I love anything from Dr. Jarts facemasks or Korean brand called Leaders. The ordinary also has some super cheap vitamin c products. Iâve heard good reviews about Drunk Elephant but itâs so expensive :(
I was exhausted, saw my doc, had a blood draw and completely deficient in several vitamins and minerals (B12, D, iron). Have been taking vitamins doc suggested and feel much better.
What brand vitamin C and face masks do you recommend?
Thanks C1 for all the tips. Def need to check for iron levels. That is a good recommendation.
Thanks A1. Any suggested multivitamins / brands? Been thinking of it but never really tried.
