We have a very broken product process. Our commercial team creates the “strategy” and prioritizes customer problems. But they always want to define the how, when, and product is the executor. I am Product Owner, and have an opportunity to change my Title to "Product Manager". Looking for some advice.. Manager left, I was given their work. Promoted few months after, but not to the role of my previous manager. Rec opened, I applied, didn't get it. We hired the new person and in my hopes to offload some of that original work back to them. I was told I'm going to continue to do everything my previous manager was doing.
