Hi All, I have been working in Singapore for the past 5 years as an ACMV Project Engineer. However, I want to transition to a SolidWorks modeller. Although I don't have experience, have well experience in handling SW to become a SW modeller. However, the difficult part is that it's hard to get a job without experience. I swear I can catch up faster than expected and I'm willing to work hard to gain experience in Mechanical Engineering and pursue my career. Can anyone suggest pursuing my career..?

I love my job in special education, the job may bring quite a bit of stress and exhaustion but nothing compares to the stress of the related service team. OT, PT, speech, BCBA, social worker, etc etc is really what’s killing me this year. It is 23 days into the school year and the team members all make different plans and as a result, nothing is being accomplished. And if paraprofessionals follow ie what OT says but not PT, it cause so much unnecessary conflict!

I’m look to enter another area of Finance at this point instead of starting over somewhere else from scratch, but not sure what direction to go. Interested in Investment Banking or M&A.
