I have received a job oppty from Ingram, have cleared 2 stages of interview & they are asking for recent employee proofs, identity proofs and other details.

Can anyone help me here as to why are these things required before the official offer from them? Also, the role is of BDM. Can anyone suggest, what should I quote for my initial exp

My current CTC is 13.5 (90-10 split fixed & variable) additional 1.2l yearly bonus based on yearly targets. +Monthly allowance of 10.5k

Please give me a rough estimate on how much hike we can expect in my annual salary revision. I expected 8LPA when I joined. They gave me 5LPA with a promise of revision in 3months after joining. They inc it to 7.75LPA after 4m and during appraisal cycle gave 25k 11months to make it to 8LPA. In Oct my hike is due, so I would to like negotiate my hike.
